Ihave two of these chorded machines . One I purchased five years back, and another just Eight months back.(September 2025) 1) The five year old model is heavier, and can sustain longer hours of continued use.The weight keeps the bottom end giving leakage proof suction and is super👍👍It has high quality filter and motor, only the rubber gasket is gone, no spares, but myown work around gives me 💯percent performance Verdict: It's Fail proof motor and filter are fantastic It's more worth than the money paid, and STILL continuing to use it, less heating on half an hour continuous use and no trip off orburn out. It's the work horse born for Rough use! 2) New one, (Sept 2025)Light weight, looks like weak motor ,cannot stand vertically on its own, Vertical force is poor, hence poor suction. just using for light job .Iam not happy. Verdict: No more of Eureka Forbes

Easy to use, good suction for removing dust, budget friendly..

I bought the Eureka Forbes Kordfree K20 SuperSilent Cordless Vacuum Cleaner expecting it to be a reliable product, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Pros: The design looks sleek, it’s lightweight, and yes, it’s very silent as the name suggests. The motorized brush with light is actually useful while cleaning. Cons: Suction power is only somewhat decent on high mode, but the battery dies in just 10 minutes. On low and medium modes, the suction is practically useless. Build quality is extremely poor. The swivels on the brush broke within 3 weeks and it constantly gets stuck. Charging takes too long. The overall quality of the unit feels cheap, and my unit completely stopped working just four months after purchase. Service Experience: This has been the worst part. It took days for them to even register my product, despite me sending the invoice and details multiple times. The service request via Amazon gets instantly declined without reason, and when I contacted Eureka Forbes directly, they initially claimed my product wasn’t even registered because it was purchased from Amazon. I first raised a complaint on July 10th. A service engineer finally visited on August 4th (almost a month later) and confirmed the motor was not working, saying the entire unit had to be replaced. Since then, it has been another month of silence—no replacement, no proper updates, despite me calling customer care multiple times and sending several follow-up emails. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. The vacuum has been sitting idle on my shelf for more than two months. Verdict: A complete and utter waste of money. Eureka Forbes has lost all credibility in my eyes, and I wouldn’t recommend this product even to my worst enemy

The K20 cord free stick vacuum cleaner is a fantastic, thoughtfully designed user-friendly product, silent and effective for quick cleaning with the convenience of fast emptying of the dust tank. What’s amazing is the pro-active support from the Eureka Forbes Customer Care team who go on to connect with the customer for a virtual demo, explain the product, accessories, it’s features and usage step-by-step and where and how to contact in case you need any product support or services. Very happy with the product and the service quality so much so I have no reservations in giving anything but 5 star rating.

Despite the strong brand name and attractive pricing, I was initially hesitant to purchase this lightweight, sleek, handheld vacuum cleaner. What worked against the decision at first were its seemingly flimsy appearance, delicate design, and very light build, which raised doubts about durability. I purchased the cleaner in March 2025, and after nearly 10 months of regular, sometimes heavy-handed use in a two-bedroom apartment (used almost every other day), it has held up remarkably well. The suction power has remained consistent throughout this period, with no noticeable drop in performance. One point worth noting is that the information under the product specifications regarding the battery appears redundant, as this cleaner operates solely on 230V AC power: there is no battery operation. There is also no connectivity feature, which, in this case, is perfectly fine and keeps things simple. Overall, after more than 10 months of dependable service, I’m happy to write this review for the 2-in-1 NXT. It has proven to be far more robust and reliable than its initial appearance suggests.

Quite a good at this price range

The vacuum cleaner is very handy and works perfectly. It collects dust from the floor much more effectively than traditional sweeping or dusting. The noise level is also low, which is a plus. Update: I purchased this product recently. Initially, it had a fault, but the issue was resolved promptly through a service request. The faulty part was replaced, and it has been working well since then.
