Q: is this price for a front set or for each shock?

This is the price for each shock. You don't want to scrimp on these if you are close to or exceeding your GVWR.

Q: Does the Rancho RS999267 come with new bolts and fastening hardware ? If not does the OEM bolts fit the new shock ?

It doesn't come with new bolts. You will use the original OEM

Q: Will these work on a 2003 f350 superduty? Rancho's websitr says yes but amazon says no

Mine was an excursion. Built om a f 250 chassis. The f350 has larger diameter mounting bolts. Amazon could be right. Only way to know for sure is to order them and see

Q: what is the extended and compressed lengths

I don't know what the extended and compressed lengths are. It's going to depend if your truck has a lift kit on it or not. I have a 2004 super duty 4x4 with no lift and the part numbers for the front are RS999267, and the rear part number is RS999273.
