Dear Gasadar Support, I purchased a 4-piece set of outdoor furniture covers on May 31, 2025. Unfortunately, the covers have already begun splitting in multiple spots on at least two of the chairs. The third chair’s cover has not been removed yet, but based on the condition of the others, I’m concerned it will also fail soon. The first split appeared in September, and the issue has quickly worsened. Today, when I removed one of the covers to use the chair, it tore in six different spots. The material seems extremely fragile—any time it’s touched, another tear appears. I have applied tape trying to keep the covers together, but it is not working. I am very disappointed in the durability of this product. I understand that outdoor covers will eventually wear out, but I expected them to last at least a year, not just four months. Given the short timeframe and the extent of the damage, I believe this falls under a warranty or product defect issue. Please let me know how to proceed with a replacement or refund. I can provide photos of the damage and proof of purchase if needed.
