Great for getting better rest.
I have used this on and off for about 5 months. I understand it began in sports, but I find that it helps me rest (read uninterrupted sleep) when work is stressful, if I am worried about something, jet lag or if I have been exercising a lot. Really good product - highly recommend.

Does exactly what it claims. I highly reccomend!
Been using this product for over 3 years now. Does exactly what it says on the side. Best thing I’ve noticed are the speeding up of recovery time and better quality sleep. Original flavour (ginger) is enjoyable as a drink by itself. Highly recommend!

Brilliant made as a hot drink
The complete package when it comes to sleep/recovery. A very noticeable improvement in sleep quality, and decrease in muscle soreness post-training (particularly after evening training). Brilliant made as a hot drink. One of those products you only really value when you run out!

Great product that's really helped me to sleep properly again.
I've been using R5 Aminos to help me sleep - my sleep has improved massively. Would recommend this product to anyone struggling to get to sleep or stay asleep for a good period of time.

Fantastic product!
Fantastic product! Costs a lot but worth it.. great night time drink to recover from those brutal days in the gym! Will defiantly re order :)

Good for recovery and sleep
Really solid product, has helped me recover after some tough training sessions. I generally take it about an hour before bed and it has definitely helped with my sleep quality.
