I like the product. It's a heck of a lot cheaper then so many others out there. I am used to having Toyota vehicles go for hundreds of thousands of miles without injector or lubrication problems. Catalytic converters also seem to last more than 150,000 miles of wicked Southern Calfornia freeway miles, so it probably only has a good affect on them, as well. Car care videos showing how damaging carbon can be on some engines, especially on some eco-boost type direct-injected engines have convinced me that a product like this is important for keeping your engine running a long time. Lucas Oil says it's safe to use this product on a regular basis, that you don't have to worry about using it too often. There's also a convenient set of measuring lines on the bottle to show you approximately how much to use. I keep a bottle in the trunk of each vehicle and use it every fill up. The neck of this bottle makes it easy to twist off the top and pour a small amount directly into the tank. You can cut the point off the tip and use the included plastic cover. However, I find it just as easy to unscrew the lid. It probably also reduces the chance of spilling some of the liquid in your trunk. I also keep the entire bottle inside of a gallon zip-lock style bag in the trunk. I hold the bottle inside the bag, unzip the top of the bag, open the top of the bottle and pour the addditive into the vehicle fill pipe. When done pouring, I screw the bottle closed, and close the bag, pressing the air out. The Lucas bottles don't have any leakage problems, but this keep me from getting any residual additive on my hands.

I have been using the Lucas Fuel additive for a long time. I always added it to all my cars every time I fill up for my gas cars. It makes any engine run so smoothly during idling and acceleration. It makes the engine so quiet, I cannot hear it.I highly recommend it.

Whenever I use it, the catalytic converter error stays away for long periods. I don't need to use a lot of it at a time, so overall, it lasts long.
