Socketsafe Lockable Electric Socket Protector

I brought this for my 2yr old sons bedroom as he had a double socket by his bed with a plug in for his bedroom light, & we were worried about him pulling out the plug & putting his fingers in the socket. This product is great. It was really easy to fit..only took me about 5mins! & my son can't pull it off or do anything to it..& i'm sure he's tried!. My only niggle is that i was expecting it to be white, but it's cream..but that could've only been mine?!.

Such a simple installation and does exactly what it needed too! No more children turning of the wifi router! And it comes with a spare key... amazing. Wish I knew about this product sooner! Every parent should have these and I will definitely invest in more of them. Really detailed instructions however it's that simple they could probably get away with a smaller instruction leaflet. But that's nothing to quibble about! I love it.

We have had 2 of these. The first was fantastic. I love the easy they lock and it definitely feels safe for my little girl. The second one that was sent is pink! Fortunately it doesn’t look too bad with my daughters Decor but is a bit disappointing as should have been white.

The socketsafe instructions were very easy to follow and everything was simple to fit. Highly recommended. Simple yet effective product.

Easy enough to fit but after I fitted it, it will now only open on one side so I have no access to the plugs unless I force it which I think will probably break it completely. Agree with other reviewers- def not white!! Great idea but the design needs tweaked for sure

Does the job!! Easy to install!Our toddler is obsessed with switches & kept turning off the snake vivarium so hubby installed this in a matter of minutes & now our little monkey can't get at the plugs & turn off!! Result!!Parents 1 - 0 toddler

Don’t get me wrong they do stand out but my auntie has dementia and loves playing with plugs she also use to love unplugging the microwave and taking it for a walk these have stopped all that now they are brilliant and we’re quick and easy to put on.

We bought these not so much for child safety but to stop our guests at the B&B unplugging the lamps, clocks etc to charge up their appliances despite the fact that we have a charging station. The problem with the station was that it was 1.5m from the bed!! Worked a treat!. Would recommend all B&B owners to buy these, but sell the idea on child safety which, of coúrse they provide.
