Simple, healthy cereal that does exactly what it should
I like these a lot. They’re just puffed oats with nothing added, which is surprisingly hard to find with cereals these days. Light, crunchy and a good base for fruit, yoghurt or a bit of honey. They’re not sweet on their own, but that’s the point. You can add whatever you like and keep breakfast simple and healthy. I buy the multipack as they are great value and is easier than finding in shops. Very happy with them. 5 stars.

Like Puffed Wheat and good value in bulk
I have always liked Puffed Wheat. These taste deliciously the same. Buying them in bulk saves a lot of money. Recommended.

Hate cereal but love these Puffed Oats
Had to go on a low histamine diet & was looking for Rude Health Coconut Drink. Amazon did me a favour & led me to these. If you want a sugar coated high cal brekkie these aren't for you but if you're looking for a healthier start to the day try them. Back to normal diet but love these so just ordered on sub & save as I never see them in the supermarket.
