Stunningthis is six complete feat shows from the 70's and 80's from radio shows and includes the complete electrif lycanthrope show, live at the Orpheum Theater Boston in 1975 and little feat and friends shows (all available on seperate cd's elsewhere) in all it has some 130 plus recordings includin multiple versions of dixie chicken et al - never a bad thing as you can see how the band work these songs over the yearsalso includes the two ultrasound studios albums and the 1974 has three extra tracks than those shownthere is also a good booklet with pics and background info\sound quality is good although disc 5 suffers a little the last two discs are excellent post george featif you like littlef eat this is a no brainer hours of quality music and great music for not a loti like it a lot so much so tyhat im going to get the other shows that im missing - american cutie / hellzappoin and the Last truck shop shows to get a full collection

Very fun set with good quality for radio broadcast. Well worth getting this set if you like Little Feat and want to hear them live.

Two and a half reasonable, non-officially sourced recordings - taped from the radio or second/third generation board recordings. The rest fairly muddy, non-hi-fi or just less tight, later period Feat (12 and a half minute versions of Dixie Chicken anyone?) that misses, but doesn't mention the Lowell George-shaped hole.Not bad - the early shows (including the supposedly 'legendary' Electrif recording from 1974, whose sleeve misses out 3 included tracks and is identical to my existing copy of this show) in particular - but very far from the 5 stars I'd give classic Feat.

Actually 9 CDs. Two are from times after Lowell's death. Always good to hear the Feat.

Fantastic live performances from a unique American band!

ディスク2は『Electrif Lycanthrope』とディスク3と4は『ライヴ・アット・ザ・オピウム・シアター、ボストン1975』として、別レーベルから質の良いリマスター盤で単品リリースをされているものと元音源はほぼ同じと思えますが、ディスク1の73年とディスク5『ミッドナイトスペシャル』ディスク6、ディスク7（М1〜М4）までの78年7月の中野サンプラザ音源が目当てで購入しました。特に中野サンプラザ音源が大当たり！音質は少しザラついたラジオ音源みたいなクオリティですが、パフォーマンスのクオリティは抜群だし、十分です。曲によっては『ウェイティングフォーコロンブス』のテイクを越えています！当時、無事に入国出来ているということはローウェル・ジョージらもしっかり『おクスリ』を抜いたシラフの状態な訳です。その点も功を奏しています。ビル・ペインやポール・バレアがヴォーカルをとる曲においても終始ローウェルさんがノリノリで弾きまくっています。勿論ビルやポール、リッチー、ケニー、サムのプレイもキレキレリアルタイムで聞けなかった世代ですが、絶頂期のフィートが日本でこの演奏をしてくれたのかと思うと、とても誇りに思います。ディスク8 9の88年再結成後の音源は個人的にははちょっと微妙かな。相変わらず演奏ら上手いが、ローウェル時代の曲を多く取り上げているため、ヴォーカルのクオリティやニュアンスの示し方にゲンナリする。しかし、その点を差し引いても5つ星！
