Yoga increases libido - case closed!
Hey you guys out there; YOGA is not just for girls and you do not even have to be in touch with your feminine side. Yoga can benefit men in so many ways and is far more gentle than vigorous exercise if you have existing health issues or injuries.Very good depictions of poses and I thought the extensive part on breathing exercises was excellent and even if you do not take anything else away from this book; remembering breathing exercises is something of a life skill that can be used anywhere to calm and soothe your nerves and centre yourself in any bad or stressful situation.Good chapter on Yoga plans making it easy to fit them into your daily routine.

Mostly good beginner book
Getting hooked on calisthenics workouts so thought I'd check out yoga as an addition to the workouts. Most of the poses/stretches are great for non flexible people but the author has slipped in a couple I just laughed at. At a later date as my flexibility increases yes but as a beginner no way am I going to get anyway near.

The book is for beginners so could have a little more detail in the text and images.
