Perfectly adequate for my needs
You can tell this might not be tough enough for professional mechanics, but is ideal for the hobbyist or occasional use. Worth practicing on scrap pieces firs as my first couple of attempts were off. Soon got the hand of it though.

Got me out of a spot of bother
I have this Draper 51762 Pipe Flaring Kit. It arrived with good instructions. I purchased this kit for flaring new fuel pipes to attach to some hoses on a BMW 530i. I also have a more expensive flaring kit for 4.76mm (3/16) brake pipes. Make sure you apply a little oil to the threads and to the flaring tools that come in contact with the pipe. If I were mating two metal surfaces together and the contact between them had to be somewhere near decent or perfect, there is no way I would use this Draper kit or anything similar and then waste my time potentially sorting out leaks by having to remove and re-flare pipes. Despite that, this product happens to be one of the best of the low quality flaring tools for copper and is probably a close equivalent to the Harbor Freight product seen on internet videos. This Draper product is not for cupro nickel. I'm yet to create a decent (trustworthy) single or double flare after several tries using this Draper flaring tool in my hand or when the tool is clamped in a vice. There's too much play and too many reasons for the flaring tools not to line up straight when flaring. It's so time consuming - my reason for giving it three stars because it's fiddly, as opposed to completely useless. And it does state that this tool is for copper (soft metal) pipes. The instructions also state that the user should practice using the tool. Whereas, I created a good, solid brake pipe single and double flare whilst holding the tool in my hand at my first time using a more expensive and higher quality tool kit, which says a lot when it comes to purchasing tools of certain quality and price. No ... you don't what you pay for. You get what the manufacturer or their distributor want to sell you at their price to match their rated quality. There are expensive tools which are over-rated and don't work as well as described. Before flaring: Cupro nickel is better quality and stronger than copper for brake pipes and fuel lines - more resistant to corrosion and breaking from vibration. Steel is higher rated but requires tools of exceptional quality to bend and flare. Depending on your vehicle's fuel lines, a double flare (a strong lip) is required to give the rubber hose extra security from fuel leaks in addition to using a single-ear clamp. Jubilee clamps are not as easy to fit or remove when situated in confined and awkward spaces. This Draper product also made rubbish single flares and rubbish double flares to 6mm and 8mm cupro nickle fuel lines, which were then attached into hoses and then secured with clamps. This was still sufficient to prevent a leak because the hose was also a snug 6mm or 8mm fit respectively over the flared pipe. Once again, this product is not recommended by the manufacturer for using with cupro nickle in any capacity. But it served my purpose and got the job done on the fuel pipes.
