I was concerned reading the reviews where people say it didn’t have a cap - it does ! The blue collar has to be screwed down to sever the white plastic top off which then forms the cap. This is a sterile seal. The product is great and very effective in nebulisers .

Good value for such a large container.As others have said, you need to screw the blue cap ON TO the bottle to break the sterile seal, then firmly unscrew to remove the cap.

overall a good product, but is a nightmare opening it - had to ask the amazon customer service AI on the instructions. good use for piercings etc but it doesn’t have a proper lid which closes.

When I purchased this I had no idea how much use this massive tub of saline would go through....My son had accidently rubbed oregano oil in his eyes and this helped to clean and heal him up in no timeI got piercings and this solution helped me to "bath" my studs a couple times a day for nearly two weeksThe solution was great for cleaning body jewellery... I just left the bars in the solution and voila... the dirt just melted away.This is great to have if you have kids who may be susceptible to falls and grazes.... cleaning the wound with saline prior to treatment cools it and helps to cleanse itYou can pop this in your empty nasal sprayer as an economical and value for money refill... this is excellent value for money and having it on deck is a must!

The size is good but I don’t like the cork. Should be a way to manage with the syringe but I didn’t get it.
