FLORENCE DOUBLE BLACK METAL BED FRAME WITH CRYSTAL FINIALS

had the bed less than 6 months, and i am having to replace it, i am an average sized person, so the bed has not had undue stress. the bed has gaps in the metalwork were the screws wont go all the way in, i had to put cardboard there to stop it making a noise everytime i turned... now the bed is starting to dip in the middle, looking as though it may snap. i emailed them, to be advised that they would do nothing to replace it. DO NOT BUY THIS BED, CHEAP AND NASTY.....

The wooden slats to this bed resemble balsa wood not deep thick wood one would expect from a quality bed. The slats attach to numerous plastic cap end attachments which click into the bed base. Unfortunately the slats keep coming free of said plastic attachments and the caps are completely snapped and the bed is now unusable until the replacement caps arrive. I am still waiting for the replacement caps and this issue will continue now until I replace the base again in future. The cost of £109 for a new bed base that after 12 weeks is continually breaking is unnacceptable.

I bought this in July for myself and my wife. It was easy to put together by myself and looks great. However, since the very begining we have had nothing but trouble with the plastic retainers for the wooden slats. They continuously keep snapping and when I contacted the company sent put 2 bags of replacements that have now been exhausted. This bed is not fit for purpose for a couple but may be suitable for a teenager. We have consider buying a new bed again.

It's the perfect size and comfy and looks amazing I'm actually redorating my room I'd love to recommend you on my blogs but you'll have to tell me how to tag you to drive sales. I wasn't sure but using this bed having it in the home is beautiful it's so elegant

This bed looks superb. Was relatively easy to put together by myself, even though it recommends 2 people to do it, just had to find something tall enough to attach the long supports to the bed frame, which in my case was a suitcase, flat on the floor with a pillow for a little more height. A little unconventional, but it worked a treat

Im unhappy with my purchase as due to decorating only know am i able to set up my bed only to discover not only is it missing parts its also damaged so i would to find out what can be done about this as my bed will not remain strong with out the missing parts required. Could i which bed with another please the bed below and will pay difference

I have had this bed for 3 weeks and it is broken already!! I am a slim person and I’m the only one using the bed but the supports underneath keep bending and collapsing. I’m even scared to get in it in case the whole thing collapses, the quality is appalling.I’m going to have to go and by a brand new one, after 3 weeks!!! That is wrong. Don’t buy this bed if you weigh over 6 stone.

Amazing bed, and great quality, does start to move about after a while, as in make a noise.
