Can someone give me the list of all 15 items this comes with?

Honestly, it's a bunch of useless cheap accessories you'll probably never use. Do yourself a favor and purchase the camera on it's own with the lenses. Use the money you saved to purchase accessories that you'll actually use. Also, when I purchased this kit, it came with a bunch of missing items, including the camera itself and the lenses!!! It was a nightmare to get sorted out and refunded. So beware!

Do the lenes in the bundle accept the same size filters?

No. One is 55mm and the other is 49mm.
