Cosmic Connections:: Ancient Knowledge Meets Spiritual Science

This book was awesome. It contains so many interesting topics, and I found myself taking some side trips while reading through the chapters. The author provides enough information to raise your curiosity and encourages you to take a deeper dive by providing the references to do so. The author does a very credible job of tying science to spirituality such as energy in quantum physics and its ties to the energy in our bodies. Topics are introduced and discussed without bias or any push to "make" you believe any one point of view. The "food for thought" gently prompts you to think things through and make up your own mind. It was very apparent that there was a lot of love and effort put into the writing of this book and I am glad Dr. St. Arnauld published this so we could all benefit. I loved the book and will definitely keep this handy in my library.

This book is an integration of the contribution of Quantum Physics, individuals and metaphysics to our understanding of the meaning of spirituality. I loved her chapters on Cocreating Reality, Quantum Physics and the DNA of Divine living. The tone of the book is warm and mentoring and the information given is in the spirit of encouraging you to consider and think about the material as opposed to rigid dogma. She starts out with an overview of Spirituality and the Law of One then integrates how the LOO operates in reality, geometry, Meditation, chakras, health. I loved her Food for Thought and the suggestions for applying them for better physical and spiritual health. Even the 11 page Bibliography was interesting and gave many good resources for further clarification or study. I loved the book, it's a keeper and a great reference resource.

What an excellent book with so many interesting topics! The author always brings in the researchers and people who work in the areas she discusses, so you know you are reading stuff that is real, not just 'fluff'. Because the author constantly makes good connections, a lot of things really 'clicked' for me, as when I was reading about String Theory and M Theory, memes and memetics, the heart connections to the electromagnetic field, quantum communication and energy in quantum physics, the origins of sacred geometry, and phi, Fibonacci and the toroidal field. And of course there is material on the pineal gland and things that poison it, the function of the chakras, types of energy healing and the influence of sound frequencies like the 528 Hertz frequency. There is more than what I just mentioned, but you get to read about the history of things and, also, connections are made so you are never lost. One of the best things about the book is that it is not pushy. We are constantly told to evaluate and decide things for ourselves and this book helps make you aware, so you can do that. What a great book! Loved it. It is a really good find!
