Arrive on time , easy to make tastes very nice

This mix was perfect for my son who has a number of allergies, it was easy to prepare, cooked well and I didn’t have any issues with the 2 times I have baked using this mix, it does have a slight chemical after taste, but I can’t complain as there is very little else on the market. I’d buy this again and again 😁

I have honestly struggled with vegan baking for my beloved vegan son over the past few years, finding it to be very 'fickle' with unpredictable successes and fails. Add to this the need for a gluten free version for a wonderful sister-in-law... quite a challenge! This mix worked very well as a birthday cake with a jam filling and icing topping and candles, a pretty good attempt at a Victoria sponge style cake. My one caveat is that it makes a rather small cake, so given this task to do over again I'd mix two packets to make a family sized 2-layer cake.

I didn’t know what to expect but this cake is lovely and fluffy, you can’t tell it’s gluten free!

Tasty as is but can use as a base to add flavours like chocolate, lemon, etc. Very easy (I’m not a fan of spending time in the kitchen).

This is a very moist light cake mix but it is seriously over priced and seems so unfair that people who are Celiac or who have other digestive disorders have to pay such ridiculous prices. It’s profiteering.

I followed the instructions to the letter and the cake didn’t rise at all. It tasted quite nice but it was very dense. Disappointed.

Love the texture. Can make it fully vegan by adding an egg substitute. My kids love it!

Es una mezcla de bizcocho sin gluten muy buena y fácil de hacer, solo necesitas 2 huevos, 165ml de agua, 60gramos de margarina y al horno,la mejor que he probado, para ser sin gluten está muy logrado, súper esponjoso, yo le añado un poco de chocolate.

I love this stuff. I've tried several gluten-free mixes, and OrgraN is definitely my favorite. I also can't have eggs or dairy, so I loved that the mix is also free of these.I will note that I did NOT have success with their vegan option for the cake -- turns out more like pancakes -- but I tweaked it with my own vegan recipe with no problems. I used crisco instead of butter (vegan butter did not work so well, nor did oil) and tofu instead of eggs. (1/4 cup of silken tofu, firm, + 1 tsp baking powder = 1 egg.) You reallllly have to beat away to get the tofu as creamy as possible if you're going to use it, though. Mix all wet ingredients first before adding the dry.If you're a bundle of allergies like me and are tired of funny textured, blah-tasting cakes, give this a try.P.S. Betty Crocker's icings are all gluten-free. I use the white icing with this one. Mmm.

Just didn't rise.

I really wanted to like this cake mix, particularly since I had to buy it in bulk to get it, but it has an odd taste to it. The sweetness of the product is not your typical sugar sweet. I suspect it comes from a fruit juice based sweetener that they use. I can't honestly recommend this over other cake mixes out there. There are better choices.
