AID for Anxiety, Insomnia & Depression

I developed electro-sensitivity after using this device, which has had a devastating impact on my health and my life. The NHS have approved its use but they don't acknowledge the existence of electro-sensitivity so this side effect won't be something that they have considered.

Highly over priced for the technology involved.In terms of effectiveness for anxiety, low mood and insomnia - it wasnt.

I have been using this device every day now for the last three weeks and I’m definitely benefiting from use, for anybody who really suffers from anxiety and depression including panic attacks you will know just how significant this statement is, I still experience symptoms, but they are massively reduced In intensity and seam to occur less often. The benefits are supposed to be both immediate and a cumulative, so I intend, without any Hesitation, to continue using it every day. I found the best way for me to use it is after work, I work 12 hour shifts, i use it while I sit down and unwind watching something on the television for an hour, which I like to do anyway To help help me unwind, so it fits perfectly into my daily routine. I am that encouraged that I am intending to talk to my doctor about reducing my medication after I’ve used it for three months. I spoke to my doctor about using it before I bought it, and he felt that it was worth well worth me trying it out, he seemed to know about the device, I have been receiving treatment for depression and anxiety for the last three years Through this particular surgery. The fact that I am actually considering reducing my medication speaks volumes as there is no way I would consider this in the past. My doctor has agreed to support me through the use of this device. Both of these factors really Encourage me in making my decision to purchase this device. I am hoping that if it does work to the point where I can reduce my medication it will be well worth it, as it will help to Eliminate the side effects experienced with medication. I am only writing this review with the intention of helping anybody else Who suffers from anxiety and depression and or has experienced post-traumatic stress in the past, Maybe this information will help you in deciding whether to give this device ago.

For a Device that costs more than many smartphones and high end audio devices, there isn't much to it.Effects - hard to evaluate. It's not easy to tell if the benefits are a result of taking 20/40 minutes out, or a result of the Alpha waves.After a few weeks use it stopped running - turned out to be one of the astonshingly flimsy Earclips, a repair revealed how poorly made they are, and the replacement [for a bit of 2 core wire and a couple of rather naff clips] is best part of £40.After laying out this much I'll persevere for a bit longer, but 2 cheers for the present.

it’s a device to increase and develop anxiety in your body . I tried it to help sleep and calming me , but I have a high level of anxiety every time use it . Zero sleeping aid or “alpha “ as they pretended !Be careful What a big big waist of money .

didn't work as expected. very expensive mistake

Excellent piece of equipment & really makes a difference.

It works. Cured anxiety within a fortnight.It helped with the insomnia, but didn't cure it.It's very useful when combined with EMDR to cure PTSD.
