Diamond Blade Pro-Elite Series 9pc Advanced Ceramic Knife Set

These are super sharp! You have to get used to the rigidity of the ceramic. They don't flex like a metal blade. I also learned the hard way that you need to be careful when washing. I can't just throw these in the sink. I think one may have come in contact with my granite counter top and now has two tiny chips. It doesn't affect the functionality of the knife, thankfully. Overall, very pleased. If they never need sharpening, I'll be a ceramic convert:)

These knives are really high quality tools. The blades are very sharp and look like they'll retain their edge for a very long time. The handles are ergonomic and fit the hand comfortably. In addition to being excellent cutting tools, these knives are very attractive in black! They are an excellent value. We are very pleased!
