Love to use it for BBQ the food taste so nice! Have 2 of them no need of marinating

I looked around for some different BBQ stuff to get my husband for his birthday, this was one I picked. We followed the instructions and heated it very slowly. First time we got it to temperature and then popped it on a very thick wooden chopping board to cook our scallops at the table! Perfect! We have used it a few times since on the BBQ to cook seasoning steaks etc it works really well. Just be prepared that it does not look pretty and pink once you start using it!

Bought as a Xmas present for my son. He loves it and has used to serve meat and fish on. Look’s fantastic. Very heavy.

The item isn't appropriate on its own for normal domestic use ..... the instructions with the packet indicate it needs special gloves and special storage
