Genuine / swallowable - what can one say about a capsule?!
I have been taking these for a few months now and have noticed my appetite decrease somewhat but not drastically. They are rather expensive but seem to be genuine as they have a faint smell of raspberries about them. No unpleasant side effects. I cannot yet comment on positive long term effects as I haven't been taking them for long enough.
