I have two of these cute deltas for over 8 months and they can give you great results when they behave. The first one produced some crazy errors hours out of the box The first one was returned to the factory for repair due to calibration errors from the factory. it came back and was working over 3 months of use so a second unit was ordered. Within 24 hours after clicking buy, the first one failed to detect filament and would error constantly after a suggested repair from FB. The second unit cam in and so far has worked for the few prints sent to it.Pros:* Great results, quality is amazing for the limited resolutions offered but the original Cura software bundled with it.* Quite when compared to the other deltas I own.* As usual, a crowd pleaser to watch, I'm always amazed how many people get mesmerized by the motion of a delta.Cons:* The edition of the software that came with the unit was very limited.* No USB printing support, and printing could only be done via a file on the SD card.* Packing, the unit I received from Amazon in Nov 2017 was packed in bubble wrap and came in a horrible box, nothing like the unpacking videos on youtube by reviewers.* Support can be great if you get the attention of one of their engineers. Over the holidays I had amazing support, I was surprised at the turn around just before Christmas. Their lead technician was great and kept me informed. The later issues about 2 months later were out of warentee and I was advised the costs would include labor, parts, and shippingFew videos of problems

Had horrible problems with layer shift initially but worked with support to narrow down to a loose belt gear on the motor. It's still not what I'd consider great print quality though. The finest quality settings produce what I'd consider draft quality. The vertical rods seem to torque a bit as it's printing which seems to affect the layers a bit, and it seems to have issues with extrusion given the really long distance from the motor to the extruder. It definitely doesn't do well with finer details, tends to have over extrusion on minor overhangs, and can't print jointed things as the joints are always welded to the rest of the model. If ease of use is more important than print quality, it's fine, but for the same price there are other delta printers that have significantly better print quality and at faster speeds, albeit more complex to use and needing to be assembled. The filament out detection and automatic filament back-out is nice, but it appears to be missing some vital functions, such as being able to pre-heat and change filament before you start a print.Update: I decided to return it since there had to have been something wrong with it still as I've seen others with it printing much better quality than I was getting, but Amazon only offered an option for a refund, and the price had jumped from $249 to $400 so I could not get a replacement unfortunately without paying for it.

Alright, here’s the thing about the dagoma NEVA. It works, out of the box with little setup. However, it is a very limited printer. The filament runout sensor is nice, but the only people who will like this printer are those that are brand new to the hobby. The slicer program is way too simple, great for young children, terrible for people who want to customize their print settings. Additionally, don’t expect amazing prints. This printer doesn’t have small tolerances, and you will have great difficulty printing small, interlocking pieces. Lastly, both of the printers I ordered from Dagoma were broken. One was broken out of the box ( the base) and the other broke a few days after use (motors and extruder broke). The customer service was very helpful and friendly, but I decided to purchase a different printer. I’d personally buy a Creality CR-10s. However, for the price, you cannot expect any better. This is a cheap printer, so expect cheap quality. However, if you have no experience 3D printing, and you just want to print a few things, this might be the printer for you.

This thing is awesome! I bought one for the kiddo's to play with but now it's dad's toy. If you're looking to experiment with 3D printing technology this is the way to go!Pro's:- it comes completely set up and ready to use. All you need to do is attach the orange arms, do a little calibration test when you first plug it in, and then you're ready to go- All you do is load your file onto the SD card and turn the thing on and it starts working. you can even pause it to change filament colors.- it's really quiet. I'm not sure about other 3D printers, but you can barely hear this one working.- There are THOUSANDS of pre-made designs out there that you can download for free and make yourself... bottle openers, cell phone cases, go-pro accessories, really anything you can think of.- It says the unit is made from 50% 3D printed materials which is kind of cool.Con's:- The box it shipped in was a little too small for the printer so one of the little pieces that keeps the printing plate in place during shipping was broken. You remove them anyway, so it didn't affect the actual printer, but I saw a broken piece of orange package when I first opened it and got concerned.- It came with a small spool of filament, barely enough to make one design. I should have bought more to begin with!Overall this is a really cool product and has done everything it says it does. I'm looking forward to making more stuff once the filament arrives.

Encore un produit qui tombe en panne!Cela ne fait même pas un mois et la 1ere grosse panne est arrivée, je dis grosse car d'autres que j'ai pu gérer seul ne manquent pas de se produire régulièrement: buse qui se bouche au 90% du travail effectué malgré différents réglages et objets, calibrage parfois défectueux qui force la buse sur le plateau, décalage de l'axe X en cours d'impression, pièces qui se décolles du plateau....;donc la panne est que le lecteur de carte SD ne retient plus la carte et donc impossible d'imprimer, j’envoie donc un formulaire de réclamation via le site de Dagoma (qui soit disant passant n'est vraiment pas bien conçu, par exemple aucuns formulaire ne correspond à mon problème....) qui reste sans réponses, j'ai également trouvé leur numéro 0981093109 donné dans la rubrique support de leur site qui n'est rien d'autre qu'un répondeur avec 5 choix, je fais donc le 3 concernant une réclamation suite a un problème technique sur une de leur machine qui au final vous demande d'aller remplir un formulaire sur leur site afin qu'un conseiller vous contact et ceux peut importe le choix sur le répondeur automatique.....Donc pas de réponse via le formulaire et leur numéro de téléphone renvoi vers le site pour remplir un formulaire...bravo !!Pour un produit à 500€ je m'attendais à mieux, du moins une réponse rapide ou réussir à avoir quelqu'un au téléphone...Pour prendre mon mal en patience je me suis dit pourquoi ne pas la brancher à mon PC avec le câble USB fourni ??! C'est parti je lance enfin une impression et la encore la buse qui butte contre le plateau en se calibrant, je redémarre en restant appuyé sur le bouton, elle se recalibre c'est bon tout est OK et l’impression se lance enfin ! sauf que patatras encore un problème: la buse ne se déplace plus normalement mais par à-coups, perte d’adhérence du support échec de l'impression, j’arrête la avant d’endommager quoi que ce soit et regrette de plus en plus l'achat de ce modèle bien que le plug&play soit sympas.

J'ai utilisé cette imprimante pendant plus de 9 mois, pour plusieurs dizaines d'impressions.L'absence de plateau chauffant et la nature de la buse qui s'encrasse TRÈS facilement a fait que j'ai du recommencer les 2/3 de mes impressions, parfois plusieurs fois.Lors que l'imprimante a commencé à cesser d'imprimer en milieu d'impression, j'ai contacté le service technique, qui m'a envoyer un nouvel extrudeur en pièces détachée avec un composant électronique et un fil d'étain pour que je remplace moi-même l'extrudeur. Lorsque j'ai contacté de nouveau le service client parce que je ne pouvais pas effectuer la soudure, la personne en charge a insisté pour que je tente l'opération moi-même ou que je trouve quelqu'un pour souder les pièces pour moi, en me redirigeant vers une page web qui dit clairement "Facile à imprimer, DIFFICILE à installer." (Chercher Extrudeur Flex sur Thingiverse). Il a fallut que j'insiste en retour pour qu'il m'envoie les bons de retours au service après vente.Maintenant, l'imprimante est revenu avec un nouvel extrudeur un un nouveau micro-logiciel qui ne permet même pas d'imprimer l'impression de test DAGOMA du premier coup, puisqu'ils ont bougé le premier mouvement de l'imprimante au milieu du plateau, ce qui dépose les éléments accumulés dans la buse au milieu du socle de l'imprimante, et déclenche des erreurs.Pour être clair, j'aurai préféré qu'on me propose de me reprendre l'imprimante, je n'aurai pas écris ce commentaire autrement. On notera que remplacer une partie des composant imprimé de l'imprimante permet de changer de nom sur Amazon et donc de cacher les avis liés à cette version...En résumé:- Il manque un plateau chauffant- Le service technique est décevant- La mise à jour Magis rend l'imprimante moins efficaceEn conclusion, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon pour cette imprimante.

plus simple a monter impossible ,installation simple , bonne qualité impressionpetit point le coffret ne contient pas de quoi faire une impression attention pas de bobine de filament et ni de support de bobineun peu déçus du coup j'ai plus cas re-commander 2 ou 3 bobine de PLAje voudrais bien imprimer un support de bobine mais si ta pas le support pour déroulé ta bobine tu ne peut pas l'imprimer donc dans lculje suis étonné de cas simplicité sont prix extrêmement élever justifie ça faciliter mais il manque utilité .DONC pour moi acheter un support de bobine et des bobine en même temps que de la commander sinon vous vous sentirai comme moi bien con.

Je l'utilise de manière intensive depuis 1 semaine et vraiment c'est un produit excellentAvec du filament de qualité le résultat est très propre
