Can't stand instuctor
Good workout, but the instructor is too peppy for me. It would be better if she would just give the cues and not add her stupid spin on all her words.

Fun workout
i am ordering this DVD again since I left mine in my DVD player when I sold it. I have used this DVD many times and consider the instructor to be excellent. She's peppy and encouraging so I really enjoy the workout.
