Only had these operating for a few days, but they look very smart bordering a garden path, and are nice and bright when they come on, so I am impressed so far. In my opinion very good value for money. It seems you can buy the same lights (or extremely similar) elsewhere but for significantly more money. In my experience solar lights have a short life expectancy, so will see how these ones survive.

They're really good, very bright. The torrential rain in May/June filled them with water , but with new batteries three out of four live again, can't be bad. Bought another set as they are really bright and effective, look cool !

Have these dotted about the garden. Very bright and do the job. Easy to set up.

These lights look fantastic around my small fish pond but unfortunately one of them has stopped working.

For the price paid, these lights (the pair) are good value.The build quality is perfectly fine and they are very simple to operate - an on/off switch on the rear.They can fit very well into a pre-drilled decking hole or, like me, they can be placed in the grass using the supplied spike.The light they cast is nice as a feature and does enough to highlight where the borders are.Excellent value, given the IP65 water resistant rating too.

I like this product, I use them outside on a surface around my hot tub where people put their drinks. The spike on the bottom is optional so I just use them as a flat disc and move them about.They give off a warm white light.

Wasting money

Good quality and very bright light.However: I returned the item because, in a small garden like mine, the brightness is too uncomfortable the sight. In a wide area, though, I believe it would serve very well.
