I’ve had loads of handsfree car kits, some great some poor, some cheap some very expensive, this however Is the first of this type I’ve had.You receive a 12 volt car adaptor, on the end is the ear piece which sits on the end, being charged when not being used, press the ear piece top and it pops out, pop’s in the ear and you have a very good handsfree ear piece, clear sound and a good microphone.Build is much better than the price would have you believe, very stylish. The downside its that the unit takes up the 12 volt source, I have a satnav, Dash Cam, smart phone all wanting to use the same 12 volt connection, It has one USB output for one item, a couple would have been prefect, I do have one of the multi 12 adaptors so manage okay, however If you don’t have one, maybe worth searching one out. Would be perfect if it had a couple of USB outputs on the unit rather than just one, but that’s only my wanting.Overall its great, works really well, clear sound, great mic, very pleased.Please note that I received this item at a reduced price so that I can test the product and provide the seller with an honest opinion of the product.I will leave an honest review, if its good I’ll tell you, If its bad then I’ll let you know.If you found the review helpful please click the yes button below.Thank you Rob

Item received however it is either designed poorly or a defected item. The headset doesn't release when you press it...waste of money as I cannot make any use of it

The product itself is of great quality and very sturdy. The sound quality is fantastic and I strongly believe this product is worth a lot more than its being sold at. This is a really good value car wifi hands-free/phone charger set.The idea is that you plug it into your car cigarette lighter socket and it just stays there all the time. When you receive and incoming call you just lift off the top section of the unit (which is in fact an dear bud) and put it in your ear. The ear bud contains a speaker and microphone and you conduct your call using the bud alone. You don’t need to look at a screen or press any buttons or anything like that. All you do is pick up the earbud and stick it in your ear.In the box you get the hands free/charger unit, an earbud and a set of instructions.The set-up is easy. All you have to do is plug the unit into your car cigarette lighter. It is ready to work immediately. All you then have to do is pair the unit to your phone using standard Bluetooth connection procedure. Once paired you can use the unit to handle calls, play music and transmit any other audio signal.The sound quality is great. It is just as good or better than the ear speaker in my mobile phone. The unit comes with noise cancelling technology, which basically means it detects incident noise such as road and traffic ‘roar’ and itself generates noise at a frequency that acts to cancel out the incident noise. It does seem to work pretty well in this case. I have been able to use the ear pod in all kinds of driving conditions from high speed/motorway to being overtaken by motorbikes etc. and I have always been able to hear the speaker and use the microphone OK.The unit has a USB dock that you can use to charge your phone if you wish.In terms of charging it takes about two hours to charge the ear bud from dead flat. A full charge gives you about three hour of talking time and maybe two to two and a half hours of music time. On standby (for example unplugged and not used) the charge lasts for days. The transmitter in the unit is reasonably powerful and you can use it outside the car and up to maybe ten meters from the car. In other words you can continue your call if you are doing something outside the car such as filling the tank with petrol.The unit is made of a kind of hard plastic with a high gloss black finish. The ear bud contains a central LED light ring that flashes in blue when it received an incoming call. The unit looks good and, being black, it is likely to look OK with just about any dashboard styling/colour. Overall I think this is a useful hands free/charger combination. When I received my sample it was selling for about £15 on Amazon and I consider that a reasonable price for what it does.I received this item free or at a substantial discount from the seller in return for a fair and honest review.
