how difficult are the capsules to swallow

As of 2022 they are a slightly smaller capsule

How does viteyes 2 new areds formula differ from viteyes 2 which i am taking?

I have been taking viteyes 2 for 18months. The hospital recommended it. I elected to take the new "2" because I am a smoker and it does not contain beta carotene - which is not recommended if you smoke.

there is such a variety to choose from I do not know which to obtain

This Viteyes 2 formula is the normal one to choose unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

Does anyone know the amount of each ingredient in the formula? The description seems to avoid stating this. Thanks.

500mg Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 400IU (268mg α-TE) Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate) 10mg Lutein 2mg Zeaxanthin 25mg Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) Copper (as Copper Oxide)
