It Works! But you have to reapply and reapply day after day... the jar is small. When the horse starts cribbing - I go over to the spot, take a rag and scoop out some of this stuff and rub it on the area. The horse wont touch it!!. So the product does work.

I was skeptical to use this for the purpose of keeping my puppy from chewing my coffee tables and chairs, but once I found him chewing through the wood frame of the door I decided to give it a try. Used for horses to stop them from cribing, I read it would deter my dog from the wood in the house... and it worked!!!I put a thin layer (using a make up sponge) on the wood. Once he licked it, he never went back. I smeared some under the couch where he was tearing the lining and he stopped. Truly amazing product. It is very sticky. Definitely wear gloves when applying. My dog has short hair and leaned against it. I removed it using a baby wipe.The one negative is that it is a dark brown color and if put on white baseboards, your wood is brown. But I figure I can paint over it once he outgrows the chewing phase.

My horse started cribbing out of no where one day. I was concerned & didn't want him to continue with this habit for multiple reasons. I googled things I could do to break this habit because a cribbing collar was not an option for me. My horse is gray & those collars tend to rub off hair & make their necks look ugly. I show my horse & couldn't have him looking like that. I found this product on amazon & slathered it over the ledge where he was cribbing. He hasn't cribbed since & I haven't even had to reapply the Cribox yet. This was the perfect solution for me! Some people said that their horses just found a new place to crib, but there isn't anywhere else to crib in my horse's stall. He hadn't developed the habit enough to be desperate to find new places & he never cribs outside anyway. Love this product!!

This was purchased from an Amazon seller and it arrived within a week. I was pleased. It seems expensive but should last a long time. I’m using this for a cribber and he has stopped. I do not use cribbing collars. He only cribs in the stable, not in the paddock or field. I use a small stiff brush, like a tooth brush to apply. It takes very little of this stuff. I have Applied to both metal and wood. I brush on a small amount along the edge of where he likes to crib. I’m also using this for wood edges that the other horses like to chew. It’s fantastic.

Great product, a little goes a long way. I have a very active small breed puppy who loves to chew on items that aren't hers. The Cribox put an to that! Put a little bit on the surface you want to deter from unwanted chewing. I would not recommend putting this product on fabric. I have recommended this product to friends and family.

My dog developed an obsession with chewing his tail..after $150 vet bill and hands up in the air ...I bought this and I put this on his tail..he isn't obsessed anymore! It must taste awful because he eats A lot of gross stuff..Thank you

No crib collar when they are in their stalls and they just stand quietly - I just use latex glove to smear it over the top rail in the stall and they won't go near it. So far only 1 application has lasted about 10 days. EXCELLENT PRODUCT
