Far Infrared (FIR) Mobilized USB Wrap Heating Pad, 3 temperatures Control with USB cable (neck)

I returned this item the day after I tried it. It barely gets noticeably warm, and the picture misrepresents how it works. There is a massage type unit in a sleeve inside the middle back of the wrap, but it's basically a rumble pack like you'd find in a video game controller. It barely gets warm, and what meager heat there is is concentrated in the sleeve. The picture suggests the heat would wrap around, which is what I was after. This product is terrible.
