Outstanding quality
Outstanding quality. An unusually wide range of bit sizes with no irritating gaps in the sizes. Sturdy case. Easy to extract the drill bits. A very reasonable price for a set of such high quality. Very pleased with this purchase.

Good drills for stainless steel
I have wasted money on drill bits that say they are for stainless steel in the past. These supplied by DeWalt do what they say they will do and do not blunt after the first cut. I will Purchase only these in future.

Slices through steel
Spent 2 days with limited success trying to drill through RSJ's with my Bosch drill bits. Tried these out of despair. Unbelievable difference. Drilled holes in seconds that I'd previously been taking 5 to 10 minutes to drill. Buy these. You'll save hours of your life and your drill's life too.

A great choice. Pity that DeWalt doesn’t package masonry drills in the same way.

Some work, some do not.
The sharpness seems to vary between the bits. I would drill a hole with one, and it would go through like a hot knife through butter, and then pick the next size up, to enlarge the hole, and nothing. Given the price I am disappointed..

I got sick & tired of my previous drill bit set. While they were much cheaper to buy, looked great and there was a fabulous range of drill bits, they did not work. I would be endlessly pushing on the drill for extended periods without much success. I purchased these drill bits after considerable review of what was available and have been very pleasantly surprised how easy they are to use. No more frustration and heavy pressure on the drill for long periods trying to drill a hole. The DeWalt drill bits that I have used so far just cut through metal like butter - such a pleasure to work with and worth the money. Fingers crossed they will last a long time for me.

I concur with many of the other reviews that these are perhaps the best drill bits for metal. They have succeeded where others have failed abysmally. Recommended!
