Hello Adam, I originally only wanted a plain paddle style spatula ! but ended up with this set. purchased upon price and quality. They are larger than in the pictures and can be a bit clumsy at first until you become used to them.

is it safe on cast iron?

Yes I have used it on my grill. It was great 👍
