This is the measuring devise for the black powder you use. Paper towel , black powder and cannon fuse (sourced at fire works store) and your good to go! Makes a loud report (like a shotgun) so don't do it within the city limits!

This is a salute cannon. It does NOT fire any projectile. I makes a nice bang though.
