Aesthetics: Really nice looking tree for the price (about sixty dollars I paid). I have ornaments, but I'm sorely tempted to just leave it alone because the lights and the needles are lighting up including the star up top. The lights alternate between white and multi-color, and the blinking pattern is highly active and interesting. My son remarked that it might induce seizures in people succeptible to that, so you might want to push the button on the box at the base of the tree until you get to a less interesting blinking pattern if you like. I found a much more subdued blinking pattern after two (firm) button presses, but I haven't gone through all the possible settings to see if you can make it stop blinking or be only white or multicolor lights lit.Perceived Durability: I've only had mine a few days now, but the first thing I noticed was the needles are very soft, almost paper-like compared to other prickly plastic trees I've had in the past. It might be soft thin plastic material. Upshot is you won't be getting scratched up while handling it, but not sure if this will last more than a few years unless I'm careful about packing and unpacking it. The control box and some of the wires seem a tad more fragile than what I've seen on other trees, so I count myself lucky they weren't damaged in the rough trip they had with UPS. (Hint, put your apt # in both address 1 and apt/suite line so they can't possibly miss it. Hopefully.)Packaging: The tree just comes in the box it's shipped in, so the box will be dusty and probably a little banged up depending on the carrier. The power supply/cable were in a little white cardboard box inside, the instructions, screws, and stand were in a plastic wrap/bag inside, but the two parts of the tree and their integrated electrical components were just nekkid in the brown unpretty cardboard shipping box. If the tree survives the trip to your home, you can wipe off the box and should be good to go though.All in all, I was completely surprised and happy with the tree and glad that it survived the journey here. I suppose 2017 people already have their trees now and maybe 2018 people will be helped by this review. Order early so you have a chance to try again if anything happens with the first tree you received. Seems like a wild west of delivery issues for things this time of year, especially items in big boxes. :)

I was leery to purchase this tree with no reviews posted. However, I did and when I received the tree I instantly open the box and started to set up. When I saw the stand to the tree I instantly said is this going to hold this tree and amazingly it did. The box had instructions which were easy to follow. It was a very quick set up, not much to do. It's a 7 foot tree not wide from the bottom, but not a pencil tree either. It was perfect in size from top to bottom. It even came with the star on top of tree. After all set up I plugged the tree in and it was beautiful. It lit up the entire room with color. It also has 8 changing flashing patterns... I am very Happy with this tree. You don't even have to put anything else on this tree. It's beautiful just the way it is. I love it.... glad I made the choice to purchase.

This is a bright multi-color experience, probably the most satisfying artificial tree I've ever owned, and I've been through a few. The one thing is that the flashing patters are so bright that any ornaments you hang are completely lost, not that they are even missed when it's on. As other reviewers have noted, the only negative is that if you unplug it (or your timer shuts it off), when it lights up again it reverts back to the first setting, which seems to be the rotating store display that goes through all the different patterns, so you have to crawl under and reset it to a preferred pattern every single time which makes me want to reduce my rating to 4 stars but then I come downstairs and see the tree in action lighting up the living room, I'm back to 5 every time. If flashing lights are not your thing, then I wouldn't recommend it for you because there's no option for just standard lit.

I ordered this tree because we moved and needed a bigger one and I was really worried since I think there was only one review. It was a great deal and the tree is pretty with or without ornaments! It was really easy to assemble and changing the light settings is so simple. The branches are really flimsy though if you have heavier ornaments you'll have to place them pretty high up on the tree because the branches just can't seem to support them. It is beautiful and worth the price though.

Works OK but way too bright! I changed the power supply from a 12VAC to a 9 VAC and that cut the brightness to an acceptable level. Control should be in a different location. Too difficult to access once everything is assembled. Don't think I would buy this again.

The media could not be loaded.  Do NOT buy this tree. I can't even return the tree and I am so dissatisfied with this purchase. The company will not offer a return label and for me to purchase standard shipping through USPS it is over $200 to return the tree!! The company had offered me $40 and to keep the tree but when I stated I would accept that after learning how much the shipping was they changed their mind and said $20!The tree I received has wiggly branches to the point where you can't readjust them and is sparse in a couple spots (toward the bottom and middle right of the tree). The color of the tree is not correct for what a christmas tree should be, it's like a blue green. The modes for the color changing of this tree are horrendous!!! It's all the same strobe light effect!

I wish we could remove the star from the top and we had one bulb out, but the rest of the tree is marvelous.

Love this beautiful Xmas Tree, had problems with some of the bulbs at first, contacted the seller and they responded promptly with solution...
