BOUGHT AS HELP TO WARDS ME GETTING SRONGER SWIMMER..AS NOVICE SWIMMERwouldn't rely..on keeping you afloat....ITS NOT AS SOLED AS I WOULD LIKED....{flimsy}...value wise price paid watt do you expect.I haven't returned the item as it does watt I require.. from it.. Did take long time to arrive...mind you understandable..came form JAPAN..

Arrived in bad condition
Undoubtedly it will keep afloat, but the condition was awful. It had big gouges out of it and was warped out of shape. Didn't expect 'bells and whistles' but this looks like it's been salvaged from a skip.
