Coenzyme Q10 for your heart health and other organ health
I ordered Source Naturals Coenzyme Q10 Antioxidant Support 100 mg for Heart, Brain, Immunity, & Liver, etc. at the recommendation Dr. London a heart surgeon. I am a senior citizen and have no health issues, and no meds of any kind; still I decided to include Coenzyme Q10, with my CoQ 10, and Magnesium supplements. Of these three Magnesium should be taken late evening, or perhaps an hour before bedtime as it aids in helping a person sleep. A side benefit. Coenzyme and CoQ10 can be taken anytime. The purpose of my writing this review is you should takin all three of these supplements to achieve maximum benefit. As recommended by heart surgeon Dr. London.

Good Heart Protection, Good Price
I'm going through my orders, reviewing everything I failed to review at the time of purchase. My doctor and my medical insurance company ask me to take a double dose of CoQ10. This is a good product with a good price. I recommend it highly if you are taking statins or have any kind of heart trouble.

Q10 supplement important in on a simivastin drug
I am on cholesterol prescribed medicine & heard on tv how important this supplement is to take. The price at drug stores has gone on so much so hard to pay when on fixed income, I'm happy I found it on Amazon at an affordable price. I will definitely purchase again.

Seemed to be good
I didn't have any problems with this supplement. No side affects or anything. It is one of those supplements that is supposed to help "down the road" in life. Although it is supposed to contribute to energy production, I can't quantify any difference in my energy levels once I started using it.
