Banana Shake..........The New Mixed Berry Shake
I started taking this shake at the beginning of December, at the time I was weighed at my Doctors Surgery I was 95 kg's (14.65 stone), I've been weighed today 26.01.16 my weight 82.5 kg (13.46 stone) a lose of 10.5 kg or 23 lbs..I have a shake in the morning 10am (I'm retired so I get up late) that will last me until 2pm when I have one of the bars, and that lasts me until I have dinner at 6pm..I make the shake by adding the water to the shake powder, not the shake powder into water, (I find it makes a smoother shake/drink), I also add a couple of frozen strawberries/blackberries into the mix then give it a couple of minutes with a hand blender..the mix also comes in handy sachets so you don't have the trouble of measuring it out..I prefer the Banana shake to the Vanilla, just a matter of taste, I haven't tried the Chocolate shake so I can't comment..I've tried both Bars, I must admit the Peanut one is a lot better tasting, but that's just me..I also go to the Gym twice a week for an hour a time....Considering I've lost 23 lbs over Christmas is pretty good......I've now tried the Cranberry and Coconut Bar, this is the best tasting one.......29th Oct 2018 Extra Review...on the Mixed Berry Shake.....Just bought the new Mixed Berry Shake Drink, all I can say is WOW!!!, this beats in taste the other go-figure shakes hands down..The only thing wrong with it, it comes in one bag, not the individual sachets as the other shakes, included in the packet is a measuring spoon with instructions to mix one heaped spoon "45 grams" into half a pint of water, the problem is if you don't have a set of measuring scales you can mix over or under the recommended amount, I bought a small "Salter Precision Micro Digital Scales for up to 500 grams" set of scales, I found the heaped spoon was well under the recommended weight, with the scales I have to use up to two spoon to get the 45 grams..I also use water from the fridge "Ice Cold" and a handful of frozen Cranberries or Blackberries that combination comes out like a milkshake only made with water.....

Could taste bettter....
Not exactly a taste to die for,more one to die from! Well,I exaggerate,but hardlty the nicest thing on the market,flavourwise.And so thick,it should be held back in school.Should a shake be chewy?Again,I exaggerate, but it certainly does come up like newly made cement(mine did,anyway).I have yet to assess the weight loss capabilities,and I'm mixing this up with Slimfast,which is probably not the wisest thing to do,but I had the other already.Well,we shall see.Not something I'd choose to drink for pleasure,but I can grit my teeth,and who knows? I may come to think it "Lush"...eventually....

Did not satisfy my hunger at all
Diet shakes work because you consume fewer calories than having a proper meal.The litmus test is, do they make you feel full, and hence satisfied? This product doesn't pass that test, hence is useless to me. I was ravenous after about 2 hours of drinking the shake. Ended up eating more food later in the day, to compensate.Product tasted reasonably pleasant. Strange gloopy texture, but that doesn't really matter.

Chocolate not too nice
This did not taste very nice...bitter and not too chocolatey.The banana and vanilla are far nicer.The first week they really filled me up and I felt well on the shakes but my weight loss has been poor...only about 1pound a week.Added in the bars now to prevent snacking but not too impressed with the taste....a bit dry and tasteless.I would carry on for the weight loss as it is easy to do .

Pleasantly surprised by how filling the shakes were, the taste is actually quite good for shakes made with water. I'm now one month into the plan and almost a stone lighter, I'm very pleased with the result, particularly as I didn't stick rigidly to the plan, often just replacing one meal with a shake and a go figure bar replacing snacking. I have to say I felt good on the shakes, maybe its a subconscious thing because I know they are packed full of healthy ingredients? Whatever the reason I shall be using go-figure again should I need to lose a bit of weight in the future or generally feel the need for a good detox. Highly recommend.

If you struggle to control your appetite you should try this
Tastes like a banana smoothie and it's pleasant to drink though I add more water than is recommended. It seems to stabilise your blood sugar levels so you don't have cravings (sweet or otherwise). I used to want to eat as soon as I got in after work but it takes the edge off your appetite and I now take time to prepare my evening meal because I can, and then I eat less. I only follow this mon-fri, and have an evening meal and I'm losing weight for the 1st time in years. I'm on my 4th order.

been using these delicious shakes for two weeks now, 1 for breakfast and 1 for supper and eating & drinking normally in between, have gone from 14st to just over 13st, never felt hungry dieting with no effort, best thing since sliced bread, they may be more expensive than others on the market but you only get what you pay for,
