Garotta Compost Maker, 3.5 kg

I"ve been using this compost maker for some time already and I am happy with the results.

Delivered earlier than expected. Product purchased before and have been using for many years - highly effective.

The smell is a little strong, but it's great compost!

Works well - established compost bin and it has made a massive difference. Easy to use

the delivery was left on the doorstep .i was not made aware of this until at 21.00 when i looked outside before locking up. My wife and i were both in house all pm . we have a very good door bell, loud and long sounding. in the afternoon we had rain in the evening it poured hard. the outer wraping was wet through and the boxes inside were wet . I've empted the contents of one box and found it mianly dry, I've yet to find a container to put the box contents in.

Have started to use it in compound binBut as to early for results Easy to use couple scoops not messy. Would recomend good value will last quite a long time

This product causes the decaying compost to generate internal heat. An excellent sign that it was doing its job. Turning the compost produced clouds of steam on an autumn day, and allowed the moisture to be redistributed and kept my compost going. I sprinkle more on before the addition of each new layer of leaves and/or grass. My only drawback was that one of my boxes was dented and had leaked into the outer packaging. Not sure why I was asked to review the smell? It smells terrible. Don’t sniff it!

Sept 2024 I Made a Composter from pallets, covered with tarp & fixed a gate to the front, every layer I put in had a sprinkling of Garotta, and lightly watered in. Each layer of waste was also covered with a layer of cardboard. By february this year it was ready to be turned over, and I was amazed at the speed it had composted. I can thoroughly recommend Garotta as being excellent! Plus, as my first time of doing this, I am somewhat pleased with the results. Also looking forward to giving the compost a PH test.
