A review said that the name wasn't engraved but a Sharpie had been used. Can you tell me if the board you received was truly engraved into wood?

YES we DO ENGRAVE, there was NO SHARPIE. With Bamboo, when laser engraving too deep the engraving section on the board comes out really light, so we slow the machine to get that longer and darker burn.

Can I add a gift card?
