The media could not be loaded.  I was a bit skeptical about ordering this because it had some negative reviews but I thought I'd try it and at worst I'd return it. I'm glad I did because this device is magic! I really wasn't going to write a review but I thought maybe my approach can helps others:1. If you don't create room for the probe by opening your mouth wide enough, you won't be able to see where the tip is going. So, make sure you're really stretching as far as your mouth can go without hurting yourself. Get your tongue out of the way too.2. A great tip I used from the instructional video is if your stone is concealed behind the palate, pull the palate to side to reveal the stone. But if you can already see your stone, push the palate aside anyway to create room for the suction probe. If the stone is obstructed or you can't fully see it, you won't be able to get to it or shouldn't even try to with this. But once you can see it, this device will extract it the moment it touches it! It's seriously that fast! I've attached a video so others get what I mean. This was the second stone I removed.I hope it helps you like it's helped me... but you must use it properly. It's touch and go like in my video. Don't hold, don't use it to look for the stone. Dislodge it with your finger first if that helps and use the device to clean up.This is 10 stars from me!! Gives you a total clean! I never have to worry if there's any gunk left!

Every now and then I get that nasty tonsil stones that are so hard to dislodge. This little vacuum has just the right suction power to yank them out of my tonsils. I'm really glad I found this and it's well worth the purchase. Only thing I would improve is the angle and brightness of the light. It's a little hard to see inside when you are trying to suck out the stones.

This item is garbage. It does not work. The light is useless. It is impossible to get the suction tube end on the stone before your tongue or uvula get in the way. I wasted 45 minutes before I gave up, never having gotten the tube end positioned correctly. I used all three tubes included and neither one was close to being effective. Do not buy this. Do not pay any attention to the positive reviews as I believe them to be written by either the company themselves or someone they know to help them sell this piece of garbage. This product is useless and you will waste your money if you buy it.

I have had frequent tonsil stones for the past 2 years after having a bad case of tonsillitis from mono. So far this is the best tool I have purchased to remove them it is quick, easy and causes no discomfort. The only complaint I have with it is the light is not very effective at lighting up my mouth to see what I am doing and have to use a separate flashlight instead. However other than that it works very well and was well worth the purchase.

Worked well while it lasted. Purchased 3 months ago and no longer works or charges. Unable to return at this point. Was hopeful but ultimately disappointed.

I read really good reviews. All 5 stars. I really struggle with tonsil stones so I was excited about this thing. I got it in the mail and this is how it came.It was even in an Amazon box. Looked like someone spilled soy sauce all over it and was disgusting. Not sure how it got like this.I opened it and whatever the spill was had bled through the shrink wrap onto the box as well.However I still tried it, making sure it was sanitized and whatever the spill was didn’t get onto the actual device. Unfortunately it didn’t seem to work that amazing. It’s good for sucking tonsil stones once you’ve already pushed them out, but I wouldn’t use it by itself. I’d get one of the LED picks as well if I were going to continue using it.To me, not worth the money.UPDATEAfter being contacted by customer service, the company refunded my money without the need for returning the product. For this I added another star. They also stated they were making a new model in April, and said they would send me one free of charge once it was out.

I own the previous model and the improvements on this version are astonishing! It works even better than I’d imagined. The suction power has gone up but I still manage to use it on the highest setting as this works best for me. I also prefer the wider diameter tip as it generates even greater vacuum but also because it makes the job quicker (a bigger opening means faster clean up). I have giant creators on my tonsils so even if the tonsil stones aren’t visible, I press the opening/tip over them and it almost always extracts hidden stones. I hate the way they make my mouth smell, so it gives me great relief knowing my mouth is completely clean off them. And if you’re fearful of the suction power, don’t be - it’s a gentle suction and there are different vacuum strengths to suit your preference. Try it! It’s a must if you’re tired of poking around in there not knowing whether you’re rid of them or not.
