I love these, put them in a small bag inside my gym kit bag. I also take the to work as I sit at a desk all day. I use the heavy strong ones to street my shoulder, back, arms and neck muscles. The thinner lighter ones I use to work my wrists, fingers, knees and ankles. They allow lots of work and movement without any impact damage or stress. If you're on physio, or Pilates or yoga you can take 'em with you and get them out whenever you fancy. You can ask any gym instructor or look on YouTube to get more advice and ideas. Buy em as a gift for active folks.

Been using these for 6 weeks now for home workouts and I love them! The resistance is just fine (if I need more, I wear 2 or even 3 at the same time). No sign of wear and tear yet, and they seem to hold the resistance and do not stretch. Perfect option for those who don't want to clutter their flats with lost of chunky equipment whilst still getting a quality resistance exercising!

Can't go wrong with these. I've only used the light and medium ones so far, but they are really versatile and a great substitute for weights. They're so handy to have - I use them at home or pop them in my bag to take to the gym. I'm even taking them on holiday with me since they're so small and light!

These would be ideal for anyone just starting out, but the resistence they offer, even from the 'heavy' green band, isn't enough, especially for leg work, for anyone with a little muscle.

I was sceptical because these bands were so cheap and now I am ESTATIC that I bought them! They do the job, nice and easy to use and you can really feel the varying resistance levels and they really make a difference to your workouts! For only £1.99 it would be crazy not to consider!

These bands have perished. I do not use them anymore due to the degree of perishment.

Ottimi elastici per fare esercizio a casa, unica pecca il fatto che non siano regolabili, per cui se siete molto magre/magri potreste non riuscire a fare alcuni esercizi

per il prezzo risulta un ottimo prodotto resistente e che fa il suo dovere. Pratici da portare ovunque ed ottima alternativa ai manubri quando non ci si può allenare in palestra o a casa. Molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto!

Purtroppo sono costretta a rimandare indietro l'acquisto perché ben due bande su quattro si sono rotte. Capisco che a questo prezzo non si possa pretendere tanto. Nessun problema con il servizio Amazon

Dopo qualche settimana di utilizzo sporadico uno si è già rotto. Per quel prezzo non si può pretendere moltissimo, ma in fondo sono solo degli elastici, dovrebbero essere un po' più resistenti.

Elastici che fanno benissimo il loro dovere, differenze nella resistenza che sono molto utili se si allenano più gruppi muscolari. Ad un prezzo così competitivo sono un affare

Buen y muy versátil complemento de entrenamiento. Recomiendo su compra por muy poco dinero se hacen unas sesiones de entrenamiento muy completas.

Avoir un set avec différentes résistance est hyper pratique : variation de la résistance selon l'exos, utilisation de plusieurs bandes à la fois (ex. squat : aux chevilles et aux cuisses).Seul bémol : forte odeur de... pétrole au déballage mais bon je pense qu'ils n'y peuvent pas grand chose ou ça serait superflu de faire quelque chose.
