I got this product to boost my lactation and was very eagerly waiting for the result. I was pumping 2 oz and after taking this product my milk supply increased by 1 extra ounce so instead of 2 oz I was pumping 3 oz.. I was happy indeed but after Day 1 and Day 2 passed I started having my periods with experience that I never had.. I had lot of blood clots and soaked 7-8 pads per day and had no clue what was causing it.. I am 4 weeks postpartum and just had mild blood spots and after taking this product my period increased.. my mother asked me to stop taking this product to see if this is what was causing the heavy bleeding with blood clots and I listened.. immediately after I stopped my periods stopped in a day.. I told my mom I am still not sure if galact was doing this and I started to take this product after 2 days break and guess what happened, not only my period resumed again with heavy blood clots.. that’s the end to it.. I put the product in the box and prepared to trash it away! This product is not meant for me. Period.. I always seek medical advice before using any product and this time I did a huge mistake.. my blood work came up with very low Iron levels and I am now on Slow Fe medication..

so, overall really satisfy and happy with product and it helped a lot. but was surprised how some bottles came with spoon in it and some without other then that happy with results.
