Sweet Almond Oil 70ml Rich in minerals, vitamins and proteins. It is softening, revitalising and nourishing to the skin and is an excellent base oil for massage. Lavender 5ml Soothing, calming and relaxing. Blends well with most oils, especially citrus and florals. Peppermint 5 ml Refreshing, stimulating and restorative. Blends well with lavender and marjoram. Do not use oil with homeopathic remedies. Use in low dilutions on the skin. Chamomile 5ml Reduces stress and tension, is calming and promotes restful sleep. Blends well with lavender, geranium, and clary sage. Marjoram 5ml Has a sweet and spicy scent, is warming and calming to the body. Blends well with lavender and chamomile. This oil should not be used during pregnancy. Orange 5ml Reduces stress, is calming and has a purifying effect on the body. Blends well with lavender, clary sage and spice oils. Do not use on the skin before exposure to sunlight or use of a sun bed. Clary Sage 5ml Reduces stress and tension and is calming. Blends well with lavender, geranium and all citrus oils. Avoid during pregnancy. Do not use when drinking alcohol, since it can induce a narcotic effect. Ylang ylang 5ml Has a sweet floral scent. Relaxes tight muscles, is calming and promotes restful sleep. Blends well with floral oils. Geranium 5ml Has a roselike scent, reduces stress and tension and is calming. Blends well with lavender and citrus oils.

Good starter pack
Good starter pack if you have any interest in aromatherapy. I got it as my sleep has been disturbed recently and I don't like sleeping tablets. Found the oils very soothing place in a drop of water in an oil burner half an hour before you go to bed. I also used free meditation apps off iTunes as an extra tip! Sleeping like a baby for the past few weeks.

Lovely oils ! I would have liked a booklet included explaining aromatherapy in more detail but great for someone who already knows what they are into

I have bought this product before so I know it's good. Internal packaging is a bit dodgy but it survived.

The oils could have been slightly better packed as 1 bottle got broken, however it was replaced quickly with extra oils.
