I have used this directly on my foot & I have had no problem with it sticking. I will say that this is the best I used so far & I have used everything from Chiropody felt to large corn type pads for a lump on the side of my foot. My foot was so painful some days that I was limping badly & the only relief was to rest my foot. Obviously this is not a cure but it did relieve the pressure & allowed me to walk comfortably & for now my problem has virtually gone. I will definitely buy this again should it return.

Nice and comfortable to use, very useful and stops the pain

This product is excellent, however the gel rips. The backing stays adhered to the shoe but the gel is delicate and after a few wears rolls off the fabric strip. Such a shame as this is exactly what I was looking for. I had horrid blisters on the back of my ankle and after the comped blister plasters had done their job my skin was still very thin as it was healing so I needed something I could put on the shoe whilst my skin healed properly. If you don’t mind replacing then buy it as your shoes don’t rub and the gel makes it so comfy.

Game changer these are an absolute must they stop any pain immediately

Very soft but can be a bit fiddly to put in the shoe you want to wear. It also comes in one big block so you have to cut it to size.It’s not massive so would have expected maybe 2 but overall not bad.

Really useful if you have sore patches in ski or walking boots.

Firstly you are not able to return if not satisfied.Second - I bought these for a sore spot on my foot ( caused by another product) - as someone said they don’t stay on so you need to put a plaster or something over. But worse when I took it off the sore spot was bleeding. Sadly I can’t recommend these and will go back to the blistex.
