This product is remarkable... I was beside myself with worry about my poor cat, who suddenly became anxious and afraid of everything. I don't know why, but he started jumping out of his skin if he heard a strange noise. He became frightened by all sorts of things, cushions, shoes, boxes… things that had been in the house for years. He'd only come up on the bed if there was a plain cotton sheet or bedspread on it, he wouldn't go near the fleece throw that he used to sleep on. I'd try cuddling him to calm him down and gently put him back on it, but he'd get in a mad panic and run off. It was as if, to him, these things were dangerous in some way. Even a bit of fluff on the carpet he'd eye suspiciously, waiting for it to move. Not in a playful way, though, it really seemed to frighten him. It was so sad to see him terrified all the time. He's an indoor cat so he wasn’t being bullied by another cat in the neighbourhood, or anything. I just couldn’t think what could be causing it. Anyway, my sister suggested that I give Feliway a try. She’d heard good reports about it from one of her friends. I must say I was rather skeptical, thinking how can a scent possibly help matters? But I gave it a go. I bought two, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. It took about a week before I started noticing a change in his behaviour. Then around weeks three to four, he was almost back to his usual relaxed, playful self. I’m mystified as to how it works, but it certainly does. A while later I noticed him getting a bit jumpy again. It was then that I realised that the bottles were empty, so I put in new refills. And after a couple of days, he was back to normal again!… I kid you not. I still don’t know what caused the change in his behaviour, but he is happy again now and, to me, that’s all that matters.

These are an absolute Godsend. They calm my cat right down and stop him running, climbing and scratching everything in sight. It's so easy to use. You just screw it into the plug in and plug it into the socket. It begins working instantly and each one lasts roughly a month. Would definitely recommend it to every cat owner

The actual product DOES work and has made a huge difference to a quite timid & stressed 10yr old male cat. Don't expect an immediate change/result; it takes time so allow at least a couple of weeks for any noticeable differences. Thoroughly recommend. However, the delivery times are not to be relied upon - Royal Mail, shocking

I haven’t used Feliway all summer because I thought it was pointless with the windows open; after using it constantly for a couple of years. Just received it today and after half an hour of plugging it in the car is more relaxed. Playing with her toys and eating her ‘real food’ (not treats. I had my doubts about this stuff becuase I had only ever used it and had nothing to compare it to. Now I know it works without a doubt. If only it was cheaper, but I guess it’s worth the money.

Moving to a new house, we were very worried about how our elderly, skittish, rescue cat would cope. I was recommended to try Feliway and wow, what a difference it's made. She's so much calmer and happier, whilst also being more affectionate towards the whole family and our visitors. We have a diffuser plug on each floor and these refills are cheaper than I could find in pet shops. They are supposed to last 30 days, but 20-25 is closer to the truth, but maybe the heatwaves this summer haven't helped.

I've been using feliway continuously for many years now but the latest batch seems to not last like it used to! Same location as always, same conditions as usual, new adapter in April so it should be working fine. Typically over the last 6 years, a 3 pack would last me around 4-5 months. Granted that is longer than the 30 days stated on the pack and I've always been especially pleased with it lasting longer. But this latest pack was received less than 6 weeks ago and already all three are empty! Less than a fortnight for each refill, well short of the 30 days expected and the 45+ days I'd usually get from them! The last one ran out so quickly I hadn't even realised (my own fault for not checking I suppose but I've had a lot on and hadn't realised how fast they were going) and one of my girls ended up at the out of hours vet with a really nasty bout of cystitis. I didn't realise until I got back that it must have been the lack of feliway. So not only is it costing more in number of refills needed, but that's almost £300 in vet bills because of it running out so rapidly. I hope it was just a bad batch and the next lot will last longer! I'll be checking it every day from now on and looking at alternatives if they keep going so quickly! EDIT: it turns out I was sent counterfeits by a third party seller. Beware of Feliway that comes in a cube shaped corrugated card box! It looks like a legit new packaging, but it is not!!!
