how wide is the bulb?

They are about 1 inch wide and about 3 1/4 inches long.

What if i these led candelabra bulbs broken when arrived?

If already broken upon receipt I would return it to Amazon for a full refund

To my knowledge, no. Nothing written on the box indicating as such.

I will use bulbs in bathroom vanity light - non-dimmable. When turn on light, since non-dimmable will it be 100% bright?

I use mine in a bathroom non dimmable fixture also and I can tell they are nice and 100% bright. It is a very white light that some people don't like.
