Could be good
This product has all the things to make it good BUT it needs changes. The rubber is needs to have more resistance. When pulled back the rubber slides through and unlocks the keeper. These two shortcomings made me turn it in for refund.

Well I'm trying to get into shape and start working out my arm muscles so I can start using bows. I enjoy the training I'm learning from my buddy who is pretty much a bow expert so yeah this little beauty does the trick.

Broken before I ever got it. Very cheaply made by the looks of it.

Not as expected
My son is 5'8" and he was too SMALL to use this. The rubber was too long. We tried tying nots to shorten it but it didn't work. There was a lot of excess material. IDK.
