The julienne peeler is an easy way to get veggie noodles without having to buy a cumbersome spiralizer tool. So easy to use. Great on zucchini, squash and cucumbers especially!

really like this peeler! Spiralizers can be really bulky, this one doesn't take up any room, and makes nice, long ribbons of vegetables. I used it for carrots (which I have had problems spiralizing in the past) and zucchini--works like a charm!
