Get a USB plug or you will need to use this with a computer!
The only thing that would make this better is a standard plug. You have to use a USB plug for this to work. We had one on hand, but if you plan on not using this near something with a USB port, you will need to buy one.Daughter likes it, makes very calming lights. Good timer feature as well with the remote. I don't have to go back into her room to turn it off.

Great for toddlers
This night is perfect for my daughters room! We started her in a toddler bed and it has not been going as well as we hoped. I purchased this night light with the hope that the light projection would help calm her and so would the white noise. The first night went great and I'm hoping night 2 goes even better!

The lights on the ceiling were really neat - lit up the whole ceiling/room! But only lasted about 6 weeks before it broke - like some of the other reviews had said. The buttons were also difficult to use at first, but you got the hang of it after a few uses. The sounds were only about a 5 second clip repeated over and over again, bothered me, but didn't seem to bother to my daughter. Would be 4 stars if it kept working!

Relaxing
Awesome device. Bought for my son who has sleep issues. The sounds are relaxing and the lights keep him fascinated and relaxed as he lays down for bed. I can set the timer and let him just use it for chill out time too. It's a great tool for unwinding.

Great light
My son loves watching this on the ceiling and it's able to play his bedtime songs at the same time. What a great item!

It's very pretty and my son likes it
It's very pretty and my son likes it, but in less then a week the motor is really really loud in it. We only set it to run 1 hour at night for him.

Didn't last long
I ordered 1 of these, then a few months later another because I loved it. But shortly thereafter they BOTH stopped working. I replaced the batteries, but its the inside. The controls outside also do not work. Light does not come on and when the lights move the sound is screeching.

Remote doesn't work and buttons are hard to push
It is very hard to turn it on and the remote will not work. The lights are pretty and the sound is nice, but very cheaply made. I would not recommend this to anybody. It makes an awful sound when lights are rotating.
