No noticeable taste, so I could it in anything to help with hydration.

Unfortunately mine arrived damaged, but otherwise I enjoy the product. Not sure if it happened in shipment or at the factory, the box was fine.We use these drops every once in a while when we feel like we haven't been getting enough electrolytes or salt in our food. We eat keto, so it's actually kind of hard to get enough salt in your diet, and every once in a while we need a boost. I got this particular brand because it seemed to have a good amount of electrolytes for the price, and also because it comes with a small travel bottle that I thought would be perfect for vacation. The small bottle is empty, just so you know. I think you should always try to get as much nutrients from you food, but when in a pinch, something like this is great. A nice thing if you're starting a keto or low carb diet as well or just on the go and sweating a lot.

Tastes revolting. Compared to the Lyteshow branded liquid, this has a horrendous taste.

Perfect for adding to my own mix of water w/fruits or cold herb tea. I live in the desert where temperatures get in the 110+ Therefore this product is essential!!!Works great.

I'm happy with it.

Tastes pretty gross in water, I went with Gatoraide instead and was fine :)
