The best of both worlds. Has the hard and crisp snap, distinct cocoa flavor and lower sugar content of premium dark chocolate. The creamy mouthfeel and cocoa butter flavor notes of milk chocolate replace the typical "sour cream" flavor notes of dark chocolate. Just make sure you buy enough as they disappear quickly.

I think this is a five-star product but I do not think it would be fully enjoyed by everyone. The chocolate I received was more like dark chocolate masquerading as milk chocolate, which is the intention of the product of course! The intriguing thing is that the flavor is very smoky; it made me think of volcanos. I fully enjoyed this experience because I appreciate the ingredients, technique, and care that went into making this bar. But it is very different from your average chocolate bar and I would not describe it as a traditional milk chocolate bar in any way. It is much less sweet, rich, and milky.
