Almost perfect!
Other reviewers have covered this- but the clamping mechanism is great for utilizing old wash cloths ( more environmentally friendly and cost effective) versus the commercial disposable cleaning pads. The assembly is a bit flimsy but still works great. The major complaint is that the tightening ring- which secures the rod to the desired length, comes loose, causing the rod to shorten. I'm thinking a little super glue might take care of this. Other wise it's a great product. I think it would be easier to mount the wash cloth if the snap on portion was one long piece (versus 2 per side) with and a grasping/lifting protuberance in the center..

Awesome once you get your system down!
I wasn’t sold until I had used this to clean the windows several times. It took a little bit to work out the system but now.... I freakin LOVE this product. It’s amazing! I just used hot water and dish soap and get wonderful results. So happy with this purchase. Hint: Angle the head to fit it into a standard bucket and dry the squeegee with a towel between passes.

Don't bother buying this. It is complete junk, and because I did not return it in time, I now have to throw it away. What a waste!

Scratches glass!! Leave it to a pro.
Scratches glass!!! I went from having a dirty window to having a streaky window with a few 2-3 inch etchingings here & there. Does not clean effectively at all. There’s just no way around it but to hire pro glass cleaning crew. What looks like smudges is actually etching & have to get that repaired too now.
