Got this to use with a Raspberry Pi for an Ambi-light project. Works perfectly. Was no messing around with drivers. Just plug it in and the drivers are already there.Would recommend if that's what your planning to use it for.

Uses the usbtv007 chip. Needed it to use as a backup camera for my custom android car head unit install. Works alright, fast boot up. However causes flickering on the screen for the first 1-2 seconds on boot. Forced to use this as the app that is used to view video when I put the car into reverse suddenly stopped support for the stk1160 chipset.Support for the stk is now restored, so I've reverted back to that.Thought I'd post this specific scenario as most reviews for usb grabbers are for people using them on windows to rip from vhs.

Works really well for connecting my PS3 to my laptop. People say you need a really expensive piece of kit to do that but you really don't. all you need is this and a program called Windows Media Home Classic (it's free). Get them and you're good to go.

Brought this for use with raspberry pi ambilight, however it was not supported. But works well for recording VCR tapes.

did not work as no access code for software. when I called I was told it was not their problem it was the manufactures. Did not get a refund

So I bought this to have a way of recording my fpv quadcopter flights. Connected it to my android phone using an otg cable and a screen recorder. Works a treat.

I have used this for a Hyperion Ambilight setup with Openelec. Worked faultlessly. It is a fushicai chipset which is now the recommended model over the STK1160 so don't worry about that

Passar inte till windows 10. Det medföljande program krånglar mycket. Inspelningen fungerar men under Inspelningen visas ingen bild.

Modèle usbtv007. id 1b71 FushicaiSur la boite, on voit l'adresse d'un site [....]Le produit est livré sans notice, mais avec un CD d'installation du logiciel HONESTECH HD DVR 2.5.Logiciel rudimentaire, mais qui fait bien son travail.J'ai utilisé la prise rca vidéo ainsi que les deux rca pour l'audio fourni sur le cordon. Tout à fonctionné nickel. L'audio par la carte son du pc n'a pas fonctionné (problème du logiciel ?).Le logiciel honestech du cd est prévu pour fonctionner sur windows 7.J'ai pu numériser mes cassettes VHS sans aucun problème, j'en suis très content. Le format de la vidéo est en 720*576.LA source étant en VHS, et les cassettes un peu vielles, la qualité de la vidéo n'est pas tip top, mais bon, c'est pas tellement pire que la qualité de la source !!Je ne peux que recommander ce produit pour windows 7, et pour une numérisation de ces vielles vidéo en VHS ou camescope. (il faut juste avoir des prises RCA).A noter qu'il faut bien régler dans le logiciel honestech, le format vidéo de la source (PAL D ou SECAM L suffit pour la plupart des cas).Pour moi, bon produit, vu le prix. Il fait le travail qu'on attend de lui pour un prix très raisonnable.

Um eine Rezension aus dem Leben zu schreiben, Sie kennen das ja: Beim einen geht's, beim anderen nicht und warum das so ist kann einem im Regelfall niemand sagen. Ich habe mir das Teil gekauft weil ich meine alten Videos digitalisieren wollte und mein Fotoladen um die Ecke der Abzocker, der will 30 Euro für 2 Stunden haben!!! Dabei darfst du nicht mal dabei sein und auswählen was gebrannt werden soll auf DVD und das finde ich Scheiße, vorallem wenn du 10 Kassetten hast, das steht in keinem Verhältnis. Eine TV-Karte für 50 Euro oder mehr kommt auch nicht in Frage für den alten Schrott. Also das Gerät hier gekauft und ich muss sagen es tut was es soll. Ich habe Windows 7 64 Bit, habe die CD eingelegt, den Kram installiert und das Programm geöffnet, Video angeschlossen und los ging es, alles recht schlicht und einfach so wie ich es haben wollte. Ich hatte nur ein Problem mit der Verbindung aber wie gesagt, Technik halt und zwar: Der Stick war drin, wurde nicht erkannt, nochmal neu gestartet das Gerät, Stick neu angedockt und dann war es aber ok.Wenn das Gerät weiterhin so seinen Dienst tut wie bislang, kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Anscheinend haben die aber aufgrund der Rezensionen vor meiner wohl was geändert, wenn ich meinen Vorredner zitieren darf "bitte die Anleitung auf der CD beachten", mittlerweile ist die Anleitung auf CD die gleiche die auch beigelegt ist, die Software fragt gar nicht nach Windows XP oder 7 oder sonst was, lässt sich installieren, die Treiber laufen, auch kein Gemecker von Windows. Die Firewall fragt halt ob der Zugriff auf das Netz erlaubt werden soll, wie halt so oft, aber sonst habe ich jetzt damit keine Probleme.Also wer ein paar Videos retten will, was weiß ich, Jugendweihe, eigene Auftritte im TV, dafür ist das finde ich ausreichend und der Preis stimmt auch, besser als in einem Laden das ausspielen zu lassen. Vorallem kann ich dann die Videos so schneiden und zusammenstellen wie ich das will und darf mir später nicht eine DVD von der DVD machen da der Laden die Kassette einfach laufen lässt.
