It's a good brush but I thought it was softer

It looks nice but it is extremly hard
i bought this brush to add to my collect of brushes for my waves.This brush is not! soft at least not the one i got.It looks nice but it is extremly hard.Even if i lightly put the brush on my head it still scraps my brain!
